Meet Our Doctor

Dr. Wilcox earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Louisiana State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2002 after completing her Bachelor of Science degree at LSU in 1999. With years of experience in both general practice and urgent care medicine, she has cared for pets at Bayshore Veterinary Hospital, Fair Haven Animal Hospital, and Hoboken Animal Hospital.

Dr. Wilcox has a special interest in puppy and kitten care, wellness medicine, and end-of-life care, and she is passionate about helping pets and their families through every stage of life. Known for her thoughtful communication style, attention to detail, and compassionate approach, she strives to create a calm and supportive experience for both pets and their owners.

She is ProHeart Certified and Fear Free Certified, further supporting her commitment to providing high-quality, low-stress veterinary care.

Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Wilcox enjoys coaching soccer and flag football, painting, reading, farming, and participating in school activities with her family.
