Keeping You and Your Pet Healthy: COVID-19 Update In Person Appointments
Effective immediately, we will begin our 1st phase of reopening our Marlboro and Aberdeen hospital locations to the public. The safety of our clients and staff is our highest priority, and we will continue to follow safety protocols outlined by the state. As you pull into our parking lot, please call 732.431.0717 from your vehicle to announce your arrival and wait to be called in. We will allow one client with their pet to enter the building. All Pet parents must wear a mask as they enter building. We will be keeping all Pet parents and our staff at a safe 6 feet of social distancing at all times during appointments. Plexi-glass shields have been installed at all of our reception desks. We’ve added floor decals to our waiting areas to enforce the 6′ apart distancing rule. We ask that everyone in our hospital maintain social distancing practices and utilize the hand sanitizers that are located at the front desk. Clients that fail to comply with our COVID-19 protocols will be denied services. If you feel sick or show any symptoms of being sick, we please ask to you not come to the hospital for everyone’s safety. For pet euthanasia’s, there is a limitation of 2 people per family members that can be present with their beloved companion animal during euthanasia. Finally, we will continue our curbside check-in for both our Marlboro and Aberdeen locations. For pet parents wishing to safely remain in their vehicle, our staff will come out to receive your pet and communicate via phone to limit contact. We thank you for your patience and understanding and hope that you are staying healthy and safe during this time.
